More Than Mom is a growth conference for Moms, created by Moms, focused on learning how to live as the BEST version of yourself. Through this conference we will cultivate a community of women who empower and inspire one another!
This half-day women’s conference teaches the importance of FILLING YOUR CUP first, and provides tangible tools to:
Target and reach personal goals for relationships, health and wellness, and career.
Develop strategies and habits to gain balance and in the various roles of your life.
Foster friendships & relationships that encourage GROWTH!
The conference agenda will include gentle yoga & meditation, Vision Board work, Mom-led group discussions centered on goal setting, habit development and growth planning strategies, and small break-out group sessions to take a deeper dive into the various topics.
Open to Moms of all ages and types! Adults only please, we want you to be 100% focused on YOU!

The More Than Mom Conference is a fundraiser for Best Buddies International. All proceeds will be donated to #TeamMaximus for the Best Buddies Hyannis Challenge this June!
Yoga, Breathing and Meditation Session -
More than physical exercise, this yoga, breathing and meditation session is designed to help you get centered, and prepare you to take on the day with an open heart and mind. Jennifer Hoy St. Laurent will lead us through gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation, followed by a gentle seated yoga. This session is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Vision Board Workshop
What will your life look like one year from now? Who do you want to be? What do you want to have? What do you want to do?
Kelly Rodriguez will guide us through exercises to help you envision what you want your life to look like one year from now. After a guided brainstorming session, we will break out into goal-driven groups for a hands-on activity to create a tangible representation of your vision.
Keynote: Healthy Body, Healthy Home
We all want to reach for a healthier lifestyle, but it can be difficult to know where to start.
The food you eat and the products you use, play a critical role in the process of “being well.” In this presentation, Renee Waltston will provide essential guidance on topics such as eating whole foods, reading labels, practical product changes, and the use of essential oils.
Actionable Steps to Take TODAY to Achieve Your Goals
Now that you have an idea where you want to be one year from now, but how do you get there? In this panel discussion, Ashleigh Gelinas, Sophia Bell and Tiffany Normandin will outline practical steps to help take your vision from a dream to a reality.
